This Appointment is for NEW Patients and includes approx. 5-10 min for health history review, a clinical assessment and a consultation to establish short-term and long-term goals for treatment.  The Appointment will include a specific massage therapy session as discussed during the interview.

​Deep Tissue Massage can alleviate sore muscles and ease tension by going beyond the usual superficial muscle massage.  It can take out the troubling knots to reduce pain and increase range of motion.

Pregnancy massage (pre and post) can not only help strengthen the new mother but will aid her recovery from childbirth and adapt to life as a new mom.  It can help prepare and restore muscle tone and skin elasticity, in turn, relieve muscle tension and decrease pain.

Pre-Natal and Post-Natal

Infant and child massage can soothe a baby or child by helping it sleep, to improve weight gain, aid digestion, improve circulation, and ease pain and increase range of motion of limbs and neck.  It has also been proven to increase dopamine (the feel good hormone) and decrease cortisol (the stress hormone).
